We want you to love your Velaryn experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 90 days of the order's placement. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return Email us at velora.warm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at the email above.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the items arrived damaged or defective.
